1, Put an end to overload: when using casters, users should recognize the bearing weight of casters
and their supporting products, and select casters with appropriate load for use. The weight of the

castors and their supporting products shall be more than 1.5 times of the load.
2, Choose casters of different materials for different places of use: casters of different materials

3, Effective maintenance of casters: users should regularly maintain the running parts of casters.
The maintenance is divided into three aspects: adding lubricating oil, removing the winding at the
operating part and doing a good job of anti-corrosion, specifically:
1. Lubricating oil shall be regularly added to the steel ball running part of the support of casters and
the bearing running part of wheels.
2. Regularly clean the winding or thread ends wound around the running part of the support steel ball
of the caster and the cloud mounting part of the wheel bearing;
3. Most caster supports are made of metal. Rust prevention is very important for the service life of
casters. To prevent the corrosion of caster supports, anti rust paint and oil can be applied regularly.
